Healing through music or Music Therapy is an ever-evolving field. There are two different types of music therapy – Active and Receptive.
• Active Music Therapy – In this case the therapist and the client(s) create music with instruments, their voices and other objects.
• Receptive Music Therapy – Here the therapist plays and makes music as the client listens.
